Enomatic has been a prime partner of The Wine Room on Park Avenue in Winter Park, Florida, proud recipient of Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence since 2013 and early adopter of self-serve wine dispensers back in 2006.
Following the success of their first wine bar and retail store, the innovative collaboration between Enomatic and The Wine Room continue for their second location in Delray Beach, Florida.
Enjoy a selection of 216 wines-by-the-glass
We are proud to be part of this amazing new project that is now the largest wine bar in the world. Thanks to Enomatic’s most advanced technology, guest can enjoy a selection of 216 wines. All the wines are offered in taste, half glass and full glass portions, preserved for more than 30 days in perfect conditions and at the right temperature. The self-serve concept is the best way to discover wines without having to commit to the purchase of an entire bottle, while providing a fun and social experience.
The Wine Room Delray Beach is also a restaurant with a full lunch/dinner menu and features a rare-wine room with about 2,400 bottles of wine. Artisan’s cheese, meats, and 600 to 700 bottles of wine are available for purchase in the retail section.
The benefits of Enomatic’s self-serve systems
As any bar or restaurant owner can attest, serving wine the traditional manner by pouring straight from the bottle increase waste and reduce efficiency. However, with Enomatic’s self-serve systems and three-level pour technology, serving wine is made easy and efficient while giving the best experience to your guests and showcasing your finest bottles. The self-serve operation and accurate variable pour control increases the performance of the bar by allowing the customer to take control of their wine purchase while the bartender behind the bar focuses on other aspects of tending bar that decrease wait time and increases the business’ ROI.
Taste is a critical factor with wine and our wine dispensers ensure that the taste of each pour is of the highest quality!

Casks & Flights Wine Tasting Room is a new wine bar that opened in July in downtown Pensacola, FL.
Inside the 1,770-square-foot space at 121 Palafox Place is a wine tasting room and lounge, which boasts eight Enomatic. Seven Enoline ELITE 8-Bottle and an Enoround 16-Bottle are the main attractions in the bar. You will also find a frozen wine machine and fermenting tanks behind the bar, where Casks & Flights brews its own mead.
The 72 wines-by-the-glass are available across the eight Enomatic which are self-serve units: guests receive a wine card, which is used as a running tab or in a pre-paid amount option. They can then browsed their selection, held in their Enomatic wine dispensers that keep each wine at its optimal temperature and preserve the organoleptic properties of the wines for more than 30 days (taste, color, body and aromas).
The system offers a choice between a 1-ounce taster, a half-glass pour or a full-glass pour. It allows them to pay a smaller amount to try a wine before indulging on a whole glass, or they can try several different tastes and discover new flavors. There are options at every price point, from budget conscious to indulgent.
Co-owners John Wilson and John McCorvey say that they’re “the only place for 400 miles where you can spend a couple bucks for a taste rather than more for a glass. You can try wine on a better budget. It’s great for people who don’t want to commit to a flavor and want to try a taste rather than a glass”. They are also partnering with local businesses, it is a major focus of Casks & Flights. Wilson and McCorvey’s venture is teaming up with local brewers to serve craft beers.
Wilson hopes Casks & Flights unique approach to serving wine draws customers back again and again.
“With our business, our biggest goal is to completely revolutionize the industry. Our biggest objective is to create a different experience every time. It is an art to make our products, but it is also an art to serve and retail it,” he said.
